The Standards

Every documented standard of Frankie J's daily system, one page each: what it is, why it's in the standard, how he runs it, and how it scores.

One practice per page

The Standards Library breaks Frankie J's daily system into its documented parts: the wake, the walk, the training, the priorities, the scorecard, the Sunday check-in. Each standard gets one page with the same anatomy — what it is, why it's in the standard, how he runs it, and how it scores.

How to use it

Don't install sixteen standards on Monday. Pick the one your week keeps breaking — the wake, the scorecard, the return — and run it for thirty days. Standards are installed one at a time and kept all at once.

The sixteen standards

The 5:30 Wake

The first standard of Frankie J's day: a fixed wake time that starts the first hour — the hour that proves whether he means what he says.

The Morning Walk

Content pillar number one and the first physical act of the standard: the creed in motion, before the house wakes up.

10,000 Steps

Roughly 10,000 steps a day: Frankie J's daily physical floor — countable, daily, and honest.

The Training Session

The body standard's kept appointment: training on a schedule, inside what the body allows, honest about limits, no fake lifts.

Three Priorities Before the Phone

Day 10's documented don't-miss prompt: the day's three priorities are written before the phone gets its first vote.

Calendar Before the Day Starts

The calendar system's daily act: walk, training, and three priorities on the calendar before the day starts — a goal with no time on the calendar is a wish.

Hardest Task First

Day 17's documented prompt: the hardest work task takes the first real slot of the workday, before the day spends itself on easier fog.

One Postponed Task, Done

Day 21's documented prompt: each day, one task that has been carried gets finished — the daily drain on the pile of postponements.

Meals With a Standard

The eating form of the body standard: simple, real food, eaten on purpose — progress shown, never prescribed.

Reading & Studying

The standard of the lifelong student: personal development, psychology, and business, studied daily — the dropout who out-studies graduates.

The Presence Block at Home

The family standard's scheduled unit: time at home that is actually home — phone down, attention kept, graded like a work commitment.

Scorecard, No Exceptions

Day 12's documented prompt and the system's non-negotiable: the daily scorecard gets kept every day — especially on the days you'd rather skip it.

The Sunday Check-In

The weekly review at the center of the system: the execution rate, one win, one miss, one adjustment — recorded honestly, including bad weeks.

The Weekly Priorities Reset

The Sunday planning act the check-in feeds: three priorities for the coming week, chosen from evidence and aimed at the 90-day outcome.

The Floor

The minimum standard for hard weeks, defined in advance: the version of the standard that survives real life.

The Return After a Miss

The standard for the morning after: record the miss honestly, make one adjustment, and re-enter at normal size — not next Monday.

The 90-Day Execution Intensive

Ninety days. One standard.

The 90-Day Execution Intensive is Frankie J coaching five fathers personally — a written plan, weekly private calls, and a scorecard that doesn't lie. $3,000, or three payments of $1,000. Five founding spots. When they're gone, they're gone.
