The short answer: The body as the first scorecard is the body pillar's founding claim: it shows every kept commitment and every skipped one, and it was grading you long before you owned a written scorecard.
Why the Intensive often starts here
Fitness and health is one of the five arenas of the Intensive — for many men it's the primary outcome of their 90 days, because it's the fastest place to rebuild trust in your own word. The loop is tight: commit in the morning, the body knows by night, the mirror reports by the month.
How the two scorecards meet
The written scorecard records the inputs — sessions kept, steps walked, eating on standard. The body keeps the outputs. A man running both records has no fog left to hide in: the inputs explain the outputs, and the outputs grade the honesty of the inputs.
