The short answer: The same rule at work as in training: name the hardest task, slot it first, do it, mark it. The carried task stops taxing every easier hour.
Week 3 takes the calendar to work
Frankie J's Week 3 theme is the calendar system at work: same rule as in training — schedule it, do it, mark it. His Monday prompt asks the diagnostic out loud: "What's the one work task you've been carrying for a month?" That task is almost always the hardest one, and it's first-slot material.
Why first changes everything
A hardest task taken first stops taxing the whole day. A hardest task postponed taxes every easier hour with interest — you do the light work while the heavy one watches. First isn't about courage; it's about placement: the night before, the task gets tomorrow's first real work block, in writing.
Grade it like training
Attempted in its slot: done. Rescheduled without a new slot: missed. The scorecard doesn't grade adjectives, at work any more than in the gym. A week of first-slot hardest tasks is the fastest known cure for a calendar full of fog.
