The short answer: Almost every man who applies does. The FAQ says it plainly: this audience is men who already know what they want — the gap is follow-through, not knowledge. Knowing was never the product here. Doing, witnessed and graded, is.
The knowing-doing gap
A man can hold the whole map — the eating, the business play, the marriage repair — and still be standing in the same place in December. Knowledge fails silently: it produces no record, so it never has to confess. That's why this brand grades commitments, not comprehension.
The kill
Take the thing you "know" and make one piece of it schedulable tomorrow, at a stated time, graded at night. If knowledge were the gap, the book would have fixed it. The record is the teacher — ninety days of scorecard will show you exactly where knowing stops and doing starts, in your own handwriting.
Why a coach, then
Not for information. For the witness: a weekly call where the scorecard gets read by a man who has heard every version of this sentence — including from himself, in the years he stopped doing the little things he knew to do.
